Welcome to Asian Communities for Reproductive Justice

ACRJ is a grassroots community-based organization based in Oakland, California. We work with communities and organizations to advance reproductive justice on a local, state and national level. Our two core strategies are community organizing and movement building.

WE TAKE ACTION FOR REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE BY:

· Building and strengthening and Reproductive Justice Movement

· Developing tools, models and resources for reproductive justice groups across the country

· Organizing campaigns to address issues of reproductive justice

· Building the core power of Asian women and girls to create change in their communities

OUR CORE VALUES AND KEY FACTORS

· Reproductive justice is inherently connected to social justice. We work to build a world where all people have self-determination, power and resources to thrive.

· A strong, vibrant movement needs many types of leaders. We must embrace and support nontraditional leadership across identities, generations and lived experiences.

· We support the full expression of identity and sexuality.

· We recognize and address the impact of oppression on our lives, our communities and our world.
